This time, the list again highlights four Portuguese regions – Algarve, Alentejo, Azores and Madeira – that are distinguished by their safety to plan their holidays in 2021.
For the Algarve, the news appears as a sign of hope for the region’s tourism and economy, which has been so battered by the effects of the pandemic.

1. It’s Affordable
The Algarve, as a general rule, is one of the cheapest destinations in Western Europe. In any part of the Algarve you can easily find accommodation and food at a low cost. Even the most luxurious accommodations are more affordable than in other parts of Europe.

2. Perfect Weather
The Algarve enjoys one of the best climates in Europe.
